1. Data controller

The controller of the personal data collected on this website is Plantel Viável LDA, tax number (NIF) 517946017, registered office Praceta da Tabaqueira A2, 1950-256 Marvila, Lisboa, which operates the Studio Beyond brand in Portugal.

This website presents Studio Beyond's work: projects, services, a blog and a contact form. It does not sell products or services online and does not take payments.

2. Data we collect

  • Data you send us through the contact form: name, email and, if you fill them in, subject and message.
  • Technical browsing data recorded automatically by the platform hosting the site, such as IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and date and time of access.
  • Information recorded by cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • To reply to your message and follow up on the contact you started — pre-contractual steps at your request and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
  • To keep the site running securely and fix technical problems — legitimate interest.
  • To produce aggregated visit statistics that help us improve our content — consent, where required.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use it to send advertising without your consent.

4. Where data is stored and who it is shared with

The site is hosted on the Wix.com platform, which stores form messages and technical data on our behalf as a processor. Wix may process data outside the European Economic Area; in that case it applies the safeguards required by the GDPR for international transfers.

Some videos on the site are played from Vimeo or YouTube. When you play a video, these services may record browsing data under their own privacy policies.

We may also share data when required by law or by order of a competent authority.

5. How long we keep data

We keep form messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and maintain a record of the relationship, or for the period required by law. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.

6. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies, our own and those of the Wix platform, to make the site work, protect it against abuse and measure its use. Non-essential cookies are only used with your consent. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may stop working.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can request access to, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), at www.cnpd.pt.

The site links to third-party pages, such as Studio Beyond's Brazil website and client websites. Each has its own privacy policy.
